No NO has stopped working full battery blue light on at the top on no no red light working at the bottom yet there seems to be no power. What's wrong & can I fix it please.

How to fix No No (hopefully)

No No Hair Removal - How to fix No No (hopefully)
I have had my NoNo Hair Remover for almost 7 years. It has worked really well, but this last year it's been getting slower, harder to roll. This morning it quit working. Power lights were on and it was fully charged, it just wouldn't do anything. I usually don't use it unless my face is completely clean. But the last time I used it and I had not washed the cream off my face. Then this time it wouldn't work. So I started thinking maybe it's just dirty down in there. At first I took a small soft paint brush and kind of swiped it out. And blew it with my mouth thinking that would blow away the debris. That did help it started working. Then I decided to go in the garage and use our air compressor. I somewhat gently blew it out with air compressor, and NOW IT'S WORKING. No guarantee it will stay working, but yay it's working :) Hope this helps

Paid around £180 for this No No, when l start to use it the red light comes on and it starts to judder and then stops working. I’ve done all the common sense stuff, cleaning and charging the battery but it doesn’t make any difference.waste of money.

Ive been using the no no with no issues, I purchased this product approx 6 months ago. Today the thericom tip went bright orange halfway through a sweep across my arm. I now have a severe burn that had to be wrapped. I will be taking the necessary measures to hold the company responsable, the burn is so bad that after having ice on it for 20minutes it is still burning and extremely painful
