Yes, I called today and was on the phone for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I finally gave up as I do have other things to do today. I am hoping that posting this will somehow get to someone over at NO NO and possibly get a response. I am not sure if they are closed do to it being a Holiday, but if so say that on the recording. Not let anyone stay on hold for hours. This is insane.
I was calling to find out how to get my NO NO fixed. The white piece broke off behind the laser and the black rubber band came off as well. I have had it some time now but have no idea if there is a warranty or I would even be willing to pay to get it fixed.
I hope I can get some help from them or if anyone else can maybe provide me with some feedback as how to handle this or where to go to get it fixed. I would greatly appreciate it.
I don't want to include all my personal info on here so if someone could some how respond. I'm not quite sure how all of this works. I am looking forward to a resolution though.
