No!no! Hair remover

Although I have owned a no!no! for several years, I have hardly used it other than on my face.

It recently needed recharging and indicated that it was being recharged. However, when I stopped charging it, I was unable to switch the appliance back on. Could it be that the battery needs replacing? If so, could you give me instructions, please?

No No Hair Removal does not provide any information about possible issues with switching the appliance as well as battery. Please contact the No No Hair Removal customer care team for assistance. Do you have a similar product for male facial hair? I hate shaving!!!!

According to the No No Hair Removal FAQ section, no!no! replaces shaving. You can shave and use no!no! device at the same time. You can use no!no! when you have at least 1mm of hair.

Thermicon tip status

The red signal light is on and the booklet that came with it says"to replace your thermicon tip". Does this mean I need to buy a new tip?

If so could you send me the information and address. Thanks, Nancy Kantz

As stated at nonopro.com, when the red signal light flickers, you may need to charge the battery. If the red light turns on during treatment, please try to turn the unit off and then back on. The Thermicon Tip replacement is needed if you see the corresponding Thermicon Tip status on the Status Screen.
Unfortunately, No No Hair Removal does not sell any parts and accessories for the no!no! the device on the company website. Please contact the No No Hair Removal customer support team to find out where you can order the Thermicon Tip. You may also search for no!no! accessories on Walmart and Amazon retail platforms.

No no charging

How do we know if no no is fully charged? Battery status light continually flashes, even after two days charging at least 8 hours each day.
