I purchased my no-no June,5 2013. I was not faithful in using at first. I had guests in my home the first month. I misplaced the cord for charging. To make a long story short it was not used very much, I USED IT ON MY FACE ONLY.I was mainly concerned with my mustache. I did use it enough to get my mustache somewhat under control. It did irritate me! I guess I went over it too much! I have been having trouble with it getting stuck after I roll over a small area twice.The only way I can get it started again is to turn it off. Roll twice and the same thing happens.Way overpriced was not used much. I would not purchase again!

I bought my No no for use on facial hair. I used it for 45 days, and it stopped working.

I sent it back and got a replacement and started the process again. I used it for a YEAR ever cuople days, and not only did it not slow down the regrowth, it caused more hair to grow. It was like I had been shaving. The hairs became thicker and darker and now it won't even get rid of them.

Before the No no, I could pluck the few hairs I had in about 5 minutes.

Now, I have to spend money to wax my chin. If you are thinking of buying one, DON'T!!!

I got a NO no when they first came out. It was lousy on my legs, it couldn't remove the hair and burned myself.

I decided to use it on my arm and did it religiously for about 6months. Well fast forward years later and it made NO difference.

It didn't thin the hair or anything. Total waste of time and money.

Later I purchased the Tria and it removed about 60% of my underarm hair in 6months.

This NoNo product is like burning the hair off your face and body with an electric hotplate or like sticking your face between the arc from a negative and positive battery charge and smells exactly like what it does....burns the hair off. It should be take completely off the market before someone gets seriously injured.

It's never the company's fault the post office lost your return. That would mean the receiving company would be taking responsibility for ensuring that the customer filled out the return shipping paperwork correctly etc which, from the standpoint of someone who has worked in Customer Service for several years, is ludicrous.

Post Offices lose packages all the time. That's why they offer insurance.

You wouldn't have gotten a refund. I went thro the company itself and the Ali Express website who poses as one of their approved sponsors.

This product does not work. When complain to company who makes it, they read scripted lines of ***.

When complain to unapproved sponsor of product they don't respond at all. They let you submit complaint and it makes it seem official, but they don't respond to documented and pictures of redness and stubble or hairs full grown and not removed.

I went onto the website with the intent of purchasing...I started the purchasing process until I got the PRICE...WOW...SO I never SUBMITTED the purchase...I said NO WAY JOSE and deleted my credit card info and address, and BACKED out, then closed the browser. 2 hours later I get a notice giving me the FREE NEOVA $50. card and how to activate it. OBVIOUSLY this was a FLAG...so I went to my credit card and SURE enough...a charge was pending. I disputed the charge immediately and called NONO 888-525-**** spoke to EDITH in S california who informed me by putting in my credit card info, even if I never hit the submit button, they consider a purchase made!!! I informed her that was NOT LEGAL and I did not authorize the purchase. She agreed to cancel and remove the charge....THIS PART IS YET TO BE PROVEN. She gave me a cancellation #... but how many people are scammed this way? and once you receive the product it's virtually impossible to return per most reviews I've read. SO.....I cancelled something I NEVER ORDERED. PRETTY SICK to scam people like that. All to only find the PRICE of the item.....and it's WAAAYYYY overpriced at that!!!

They are incredibly expensive.Nevertheless,I purchased one last year.I still have the old metal fillings{only a few} and every time I zap[ped w/the Nono,it sent arrow sof pain thru my head from the fillings! The company nurse{nono's nurse} called me,we talked,and she told me that I could get a FULL refund.And I did.Sorry your experience was so bad,,,:( mine was pretty good!

This whole thing sounds iffy. There's no way anything would be charged unless you hit the submit button and that's with any website.

And most people would find out how much something costs before they enter all their personal information such as their credit card number like you're claiming.

So, yeah I call BS on your story. Nexttttt....

It can happen I was on the uk version of the site and had to access the payment page to find a price. I then closed the browser as it froze before anything was submitted and a week later I received the no!no!

in the post. When I looked at my bank I had been charged £75. I didn't receive a confirmation email or invoice at all. So far the customer service have been very helpful.

I am just on my way to the post office to return the product I am hoping that other reviewers were wrong about actually receiving their refunds.

I shop online on a weekly basis and have never had the same issue with a frozen browser causing a sale so I am a bit skeptical about the no!no! claim that they did not use my information.

Appaling customer service, not worth the money

I bought a No No Hair Removal 8800 in March 2014 which has never worked properly. On contact with the skin it burns and you have to go over the area of hair several times before hair is removed, which makes the burns even worse. I can't turn the machine off which makes it even more frustrating. After numerous attempts to make it work and lots of burns I decided to take advantage of the manufacturers warranty and send the item back for repair or replacement. Surprise, surprise, however, I was told by the No No customer services that unless I bought the item from them the warranty was not valid. I purchased the item on Ebay brand new unopened with all the paperwork intact. I told them so but at no avail, so my No No will end up in the bin!!! Thanks a lot No No, will I come back to you again or recommend you to anyone? No No!!!!

Except I haven't read a single good review on the product, not one real person has had positive results, so it's probably safe to blame the actual product and not eBay. I jujust saw a commercial and according to the actor it works right away, so why do they then tell you to keep using it for 4+ weeks? Sounds like a heap to me.

It seems if you read all the complaints from customers, nono response is the same to everyone! What a joke this company is.

No matter how much you use nono, you get the same results.......nothing!

I'm going to call BBB.

Got the nono used it like it said, after using it 3 x's it stopped working sent me 2 new heads, used it 3x's a week still after 40 days still have stubble after use, which was not good going into summer! Called them to return it and couldn't because they started 45 day from when I received the new heads grrr, when the 45 days was up called again to say still not satisfied, convinced me to keep it called by 60days now was too late!

After six months of use still the same, and not to mention the smell of burnt hair.

I also had to shave after using nono because the buffer did absolutely nothing and they said some people had to shave after rather than using the buffer. I'm better off waxing or shaving.

j'ai achete 2 NoNo sur le site Wish en fevrier 2016, je l'ai recu milieu mars et je l'ai offert comme cadeau d'anniversaire le 30 mars a mon copain, et il ne fonctionne meme pas, il se charge mais le bouton on/off maintenu qq secondes n'allume pas, d'ailleurs lorsqu'on le brasse un peu on peu sentir qu'il y a qqchose qui est detache dedans.

j'aimerais pouvoir le retourner et me faire rembourser car il l'a essayer avec le mien qui fonctionne (1 sur 2, c'est bon!!) et ca ne fait pas du bon travail sur son poil epais.

I knew it! Of course I will not get a refund it's past the" 60days".

That's what you do, get us to go past "60 days" and can't return it. I DON"T NEED ASSISTS IN USING IT!

IT DOESN'T WORK! I used it like I was supposed to and It didn't work and wanted to return it 3x's witin the "60DAYS" and now it's passed it's time.

Keeps trying to get more money; false price tag on TV

Saw No!No! Hair Removal advertised on TV for $100. Pretty sure it wasn't "three easy payments of $100" or I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Ordered it by phone (in March 2014) and paid $104.89. The next month I got a bill. Thought I had paid it all off, so phoned them, and they said I still owed my next payment. I argued a bit over the advertised price but eventually just paid it by credit card ($89.94), and they said I was all paid up. Got a bill in August saying I was late and would be sent to collections, and I went "What the ***?" Called them again -- they said I still owed another $89.97. Said that would be payment in full and that would stop the collection notice. Paid that by credit card. Now in October I get a collections notice: "Our client states that all their efforts to collect this bill have failed." For $89.97, which I paid back in August (as my credit union records show). I consider this company a scam.
