I bought a no!no! Pro and was unsatisfied due to the fact that it takes way too long to use, but when I tried emailing their customer service to get a return authorization number, I get an error stating it's not a real email.

I have to wait until a weekday to call the 800 number but I'm very concerned about the fact that they're giving out a bogus email.. They claim 30 day money back guarantee but I am worried that may not be true.

What kind of company gives out a fake email address? I tried emailing twice just incase I misspelled and it's definitely a fraud email.
